Our story

Technology with a practical purpose.

CrownGrid Engineering Limited is a UK-based engineering and renewable-energy company established in 2025. We develop decentralised renewable-energy solutions that connect energy access with agriculture, productive enterprise and climate-resilient development.

Our headquarters and engineering base are in the UK, with a growing focus on project development and implementation in Cameroon, wider Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe.

CrownGrid was created to address the connection between energy access, agricultural productivity and sustainable development. Our work brings together engineering expertise, renewable-energy integration, decentralised energy systems and practical field implementation.

We believe energy infrastructure should do more than provide electricity. It should enable irrigation, processing, refrigeration, water systems, education, enterprise and local economic development. Our solutions must be technically appropriate, economically viable, environmentally responsible and capable of being scaled.

Our direction

Purpose that guides the engineering.

Mission

To engineer accessible, reliable and sustainable energy systems that strengthen agriculture, communities and economic opportunity.
